For nearly two decades, they’ve delivered market-leading technology solutions to help oncology and other specialty practices automate complex tasks, reduce unnecessary manual effort, and accelerate cash flow.
Arcaini brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and people strategy. She joins the organization following a stint as VP of People & Operations at the music licensing platform WavMaker, where she guided the seed-funded SaaS organization’s operations, talent and culture strategy, and more. She has also held director-level roles at Switcher, Soundstripe, and Full Focus, honing her skills across the human capital function, optimizing and scaling operations, and advising on strategic direction.
