Staunton, VA – Blue Rock Human Capital is pleased to announce the CHRO AI Roundtable, a series of nationwide conversations, launching in Dallas, TX, on June 25, 2026.
Inspired by the recent release of Blue Rock Founder & CEO Ruben Moreno’s new book, The CHRO’s AI Playbook, the CHRO AI Roundtable brings together a curated group of executive leaders for candid conversations on AI governance, value creation, and the future of human-AI collaboration. Focusing on practical steps and real-world experience, the series is designed to equip leaders with actionable insights for navigating one of the most consequential transformations in modern business.
Joining Moreno for the Dallas event will be Rachel Bourne, Vice President of AI Transformation at Jacobs and host of The Shift Show with Rachel Bourne on the WRKDefined Podcast Network. A licensed architect and Human Resources practitioner with over 20 years of experience, Rachel works at the intersection of technology, talent, and transformation to drive systemic change that delivers real-world results.
Moreno said, “With new AI tools and strategies emerging constantly, it can be a challenge to keep pace and develop a successful leadership approach that combines AI fluency with a focus on empowering human talent. My hope for the CHRO AI Roundtable is that we can bring together today’s brightest minds to have a frank discussion about these realities and emerge with a clear, achievable, and sustainable path forward.”
Adds Bourne, “I’m so pleased to be joining the CHRO AI Roundtable this summer. My commitment has always been to driving innovation and making work both inclusive and future-thinking. These are exactly the conversations we need to be having at this pivotal moment, and I look forward to discussing the future of work with this highly accomplished group of leaders.”
