Sarasota, FL – Blue Rock Search is pleased to announce that six team members of the HR Practice have completed the AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification.
The AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification, offered through HR and management solutions company, ADP, is a full-cycle recruitment training course that helps Recruiting and HR professionals think and act strategically about the talent acquisition process. The course focuses on core components of recruiting, with instruction on recruiting plans, building a talent pipeline, interview and negotiation strategies, metrics and feedback techniques, and much more.
Six members of the Blue Rock team, all supporting the HR & Diversity Practice, have now achieved their AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification. They are: Ada Mbogu, Donna Howell, Katie Timmons, Kaylee Hileman, Mary Lee B. Harris, and Ryan Butler.
