Before joining Xavier University of Louisiana, Glass served as the Executive Director of Student Financial Assistance and Employment at the University of Miami. Glass has previously served as the Director of Financial Aid for multiple other academic institutions, as well as other leadership roles in higher education finance. She brings nearly three decades of experience in higher education, student assistance, and financial aid, with a history of excellence in recruitment and retention, student financial awareness, and student empowerment.
