As Vice President of Client Delivery & Executive Search, Ryan specializes in the procurement, assessment, and placement of Human Resources professionals. He recruits for a variety of positions including CHRO, Human Resource Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Compensation and Benefit leadership roles, as well as recruiting, staffing, and training and development roles of all levels. Ryan has partnered with his clients with an interest in building the most effective workforce possible for them.
Ryan’s prior experience spans across both corporate and agency Talent Acquisition. He specialized in industrial staffing, Corporate HR and IT recruiting Skilled Trades, Technical roles to support IT infrastructure, Total Rewards, and Corporate Operations.
